Do recommend for a stopover

Clean room, quiet atmosphere, perfectly situated, making it easy to walk to the nearest subway station within five minutes and enjoy a good breakfast each morning with diverse options to fuel our day of exploration.

Some amenities could use updates, particularly regarding the furniture's condition and overall decor.

We booked a king room, it was silent. It was near airport and where even the ramshackle lift fails to reach, particularly good and magnificent location overall. Again, the hotel was not very far from Strauss Memorial Rooms.

The staff was quite rude.

bathroom and beds are quite remarkable, as well as the TV with all the language channels. They offer the additional service of breakfast, I didn't use it, truth is that they take your breakfast to your room if you buy it. They don't charge you extra for arriving hours after the check in, we arrived minutes after 0 am and there was a person available at the reception. They offer you a mini bar in the room, I think is a bit expensive. You have free wifi and a coffee maker. As if that wasn't enough, they keep your luggage after the check out until the time you want. Be careful, you arrive you have to go to the reception, is not in the building in the photo, it's in the front, in a building of the same colour.

They make you a pre-collection, which they call a guarantee, of 200 euros. I think that's a real exaggeration. The elevator gives you your pulls, when starting and stopping, not recommended for fearful and nervous people.

The hotel was very clean with nice bar.

Breakfast options were limited and repetitive over the days. Staff at the reception were quite grumpy when I inquired about issues.

The rooms are well-equipped and brand-new, the bar is good.

Impeccably clean rooms and a comprehensive breakfast buffet that set a great tone for the day.

There was no floor heating in the bathroom, made the mornings a bit uncomfortable.

I greatly enjoyed its courteous and very very nice employees.

The private parking was close to the hotel, great service. The room was big and practical with comfortable beds located in an outstanding location, had essentials required. The breakfast was good hot and offered a great selection of options...

The room was spotless and practical, had large private bathroom. It was with bathtubs. We were there for 3 nights and felt would book here again.

Excellent service from the staff and the slightly "off the beaten track" location that encouraged me to explore the less touristy aspects of the city

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was satisfying with a wide variety and the spacious room was good. Just wished for slippers since they weren't in the room.

Excellent location for sightseeing in Vienna city centre - Museums, parks, boat trip on Danube, Prater amusement park etc. Very conveniently close to underground station and tram stop (including the stop for tram to ride round RingStrasse). For business part of my trip, very close to Wien Messe conference centre. Room was very good size.

Rotsterngasse is a bit noisy - would have preferred a room on the back. But we are used to living in a very quiet road, so perhaps we are fussy!

The location is excellent. Close to the center but away from the bustle.. Spacious and clean room.

The reception is very new and modern, this is not the case with the rooms. The quality/price ratio is not bad considering the prices in Vienna. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom as well. Everything was quite clean although it looked quite old. Our flight home was at 04:00 so we decided not to book a night for the day of our return. When we checked out, Isabel told us that we could have a lounge-type room where we could rest and even take a shower if we wanted to make time until the time to take the bus to the airport. When we arrived at the hotel at 00:00h Michael told us that we could not make use of those facilities. As I say, we did not book a hotel for that night and I did not expect to be able to use a lounge with a sofa and a bathroom, but I do not understand that first an employee tells us yes and then you find yourself with a NO. You get the idea of something and then the wait becomes twice as heavy.
